Santa Visit – Terms and Conditions

Our Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone involved — both our valued customers and our performers.

They help us:

  • Protect our performers' safety and wellbeing

  • Set clear expectations around timings, behaviour, cancellations, and what's included in your visit

  • Ensure a fair experience for all families by keeping everything organised and consistent

  • Provide clarity in the unlikely event of issues or changes

We kindly ask that you read through them before booking your Santa visit. This helps us create the most magical and stress-free experience possible — for you and for us!

1. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are only secured once payment has been received in full.

  • Provisional bookings will not be held without payment.

​

2. Commitment and Cancellations

  • We are committed to honouring all confirmed bookings.

  • In the unlikely event we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency, vehicle breakdown, extreme weather), you will receive a full refund.

  • We reserve the right to adjust or cancel visits if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate for our performers.

3. Timings

  • The time given for your Santa visit is an approximate time window. Due to traffic or unforeseen delays, arrival times may vary.

  • We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.

4. Behaviour and Conduct

  • Please be kind and respectful to all staff and performers.

  • Rudeness, aggression, intoxication, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

  • If anyone present is drunk, abusive, or behaves inappropriately, the visit will be terminated immediately with no refund.

  • Performers must not be touched. Please be mindful and respectful at all times.

5. Your Home Environment

  • Please ensure your home is a welcoming and safe space for our staff.

  • For indoor visits, make sure there is safe access and a suitable area for Santa and any accompanying performers.

  • For doorstep visits, we kindly ask you to close the door once Santa departs to preserve the magic of the experience for little ones.

6. Parking and Arrival

  • Parking must be available within walking distance of your property.

​​

7. Gifts and Age Suitability

  • Any gifts provided by Santa are general token gifts suitable for children up to age 10.

  • If you have older children, you are welcome to supply your own gifts for Santa to hand out.

8. Information and Contact Details

  • We require accurate contact details to communicate with you about your visit.

  • You must complete our Santa Information Form in full prior to your visit, to help us personalise the experience (e.g. children’s names, wish lists, and achievements).

9. Music and Technical Requirements

  • If your visit includes music or special effects, please ensure access to Wi-Fi or a Bluetooth speaker if your location has limited signal.

10. Staff and Safety

  • All staff and performers are DBS-checked and are trained entertainers.

11. Photography and Video

  • You are welcome to take photos or videos for personal use only.

  • Any sharing on social media should be respectful and, where appropriate, credit our company.

  • Commercial or promotional use of our performers' images is not allowed without prior permission.

12. Health and Safety

  • Please ensure all pets are safely secured during the visit.

  • Our performers may decline to participate in any activity they feel is unsafe.

13. Liability

  • We cannot accept responsibility for any accidental damage or loss to property during the visit.

  • Attendance at the visit implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

14. Data Protection

  • Your personal information will only be used for booking and communication related to your Santa visit.

  • We do not share your information with third parties.

15. Weather Policy

  • In cases of severe weather that prevents travel, visits will be rearranged or refunded.

  • Doorstep visits may need to be moved indoors in cases of extreme weather or heavy rain.

16. Accessibility

  • Please inform us in advance if any guests have additional needs, so we can make the visit as inclusive and enjoyable as possible.
